Hey everyone. I just got a new cookbook so I could start thinking about what fun things I can make and have at some point in the near future. Does anyone else have a good one? I got "Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies" It has every stage in it...seems pretty cool and easy. Advice from others?

I had real soup yesterday...not broth...let me just say that I never realized how delicious egg drop soup was. Hahaha. I felt like I was in complete heaven.

Anything is good I think! Plus you are probably retaining water.

I'm having same problem. I got an abdominal binder which has been amazing! I also have been using heating pads. -

I am now on day 6 post op...it seems like as the swelling and then gas go away, my lower left stomach(by incisions) is hurting. Almost like my insides are just rolling around in there and they don't like it. I'm thinking about getting an abdominal binder. Thoughts anyone?

I just had my surgery Friday. I went back to work Monday...I only worked a half day mon and tues...whole day today. I felt like it was too long today...but I'm much better now that I'm home! Thank goodness for awesome bosses that are letting me come in and just take it easy!!!
