Hi guys and girls around the world nice to meet you all im cait im being sleeved on the 22nd of this month by dr Michael France from ashford hospital im starting my post op diet tomorrow this will definitely be a challenge but so worth it I will only be consuming about 500 calories a day im excited for the new journey im about to undertake and I believe it will help me in the future being only 17 I know this will be mentally tough on me but I can do it and I want to do it what where some of the things that surprised you most after surgery would you do it again how did you cope after surgery and most of all do you regret getting the sleeve I've done countless hours of research and I do believe this surgery is for me I've had a knee reconstruction at the age of 15 and am needing a now full reconstruction so carrying this extra weight doesn't help I've decided to go with one of the best surgeons in Australia so this has made me feel at ease im looking for new friends to chat to so please message me if your free for a chat age doesn't matter thanks guys and girls have a great day/night and god bless you all xo
