    That is odd that you have to see the surgeon for fills. I was the opposite. Only saw the nurse practitioner, for fills, but saw the surgeon, when I had issues. Every practice is different however.

    It does sound like you need a small unfill. My DR, says reflux, over several days, is a sign that you need a small amount removed. Good Luck.
