:help: Well my operation is on the 29th Nov and I gotta say I am really scared!!
I am worried of the amount of pain I will be in and am scared of vomiting after surgery etc etc... I have been on the optifast since last Wed and lost 4.5 kg and hope that from now I will just keep going down :clap2:
