Hey. Glad to hear. I went down from 360 to 195 in 6 months. I had surgery May 29 and by November I lost all the weight. Gym is definitely necessary. Unfortunately I stopped for 5 months while I took care a few family situations and ended up gaining 25 lbs which have me upset but I know why. Now I’m getting back into that gym and since it’s warming up I can take my bicycle out.

I made a lot of homemade chili. Ground turkey full of beans during purée and even after. It’s my goto meal.

HW 360 SW 345 LW 195 GW 200 CW 225. I started gaining weight due to family issues and forgot to take care of myself. Trying to get back to that weight of 195 or so.

Wellbutrin xl. It did help. I realized it on days I didn’t take it. -
Hi [emoji112]. This was my favorite stage. I puréed everything even pasta . Along with a lot veggies and chicken in broth seasoned well so I can get some flavors.
