Hi. Yes they do. My nutritionist recommended them. My body is absorbing them well that I had to use them every other day. I get my blood work done every 2 months and it's the best it's been in my life. They also have b12 but I prefer the injections for that every 4 weeks when I see my Dr. definitely helpful for those that have issues with pills.

I use patchmd for my multivitamins but they also have a patch for calcium It's a daily patch

I started in the gym about 4 month after surgery. At the time I only did a lot of cardio and eventually with lite weights just to tone. Little by little I increased but I'm going back to lite weights since even though I was losing inches I was gaining muscle weight which I didn't want since my shirt size was fitting tight which was ok but I diywant to buy new shirts again. I used to be xxxl shirt and now I'm a fitted Large and pants were 46 and now 34. Crazy enough my shoe size changed Cool ????

Hi. Congratulations on your decision. I'm 16 months post op. You should try patchmd for your vitamins. I haven't drank a pill since surgery just taking a daily patch that now I use every other day since my body was absorbing everything lol. -

Hello everyone, just sharing to those I've met here my current status. I was sleeved on May 2016. HW 340 SW 320 CW 200 . My GW was 220. It was the hardest decision to make to have this surgery at age 44 but I'm glad I did. It was the best decision I've ever made.

Honestly I didn't have any issues with food liquids. I followed the plan provided by the dr. I use a multivitamin patch every other day from patchmd. In the beginning I took it daily but I was absorbing too much. Lastly a b12 injection every 6 weeks -
