Hi. I was sleeved May 29,2015 I was 340 before my pre op liquid diet. 320 at Surgery date. Today I'm 205 since I been building muscle mass. The last pic in the two tone shirt is my most recent pic from late October.

Hello all. Happy holidays. Just doing a follow up. I was sleeved 5/29/15. Pre surgery weight 345 SW 320 CW 200. My Dr told me my goal would be 225 but I passed that in the first 6 months. It was easy losing. The hard part is maintaining but I'm trying my best. It's just important to surround yourself with positive people and unfortunately at times we have to let go of some relationships because of their lack of respect. Hope everyone is doing well. You're welcome to ask any question. I'm in NYC if there are any locals for chatting.

Hi. I started the gym 3 months after surgery due to the gym being built in my area. Prior to that I did a lot of walking. Once I started the gym I did a lot of walking and treadmill and stationary bike. After that I did weights but kept the weight low just to tone only. I did increase the weights but unfortunately I started bulking up and increased my weight base on muscle mass. I'm going back to cardio and tone to lose the 10 lbs I gained in muscle. I also used a waist slimmer and neoprene suit to increase the sweat. I also used a product called "it works" for cellulite which does work on my stomach. I was surprised it did. If you need more info let me know. LOL. I been told that. Thanks.

Honestly I didn't have any problems since I lost all the weight in 6 months. I got discouraged when the scale didn't move but again I was weighing myself daily.
