  2. The ninja and recipes are great. I was sleeved on May 29. I'm down 65lbs being creative with my Puree foods. I.e. Grilled chicken and kidney beans seasoned taste great and have a lot of protein.
  3. When you get to the Puree stage. I cooked chicken and beans together in order to get more protein along with the shakes.

  5. My friend used to put plastic wrap around her arms and legs under her sweat suit when using the gym. She lost a lot of the excess skin.
  6. I lost 10 pre op and 55 post op. 4 weeks.
  7. I know that feeling of wanting to chew. I experienced the same thing the first week but it went away. I was sleeved 5/29/15 weighing 305 I'm down to 249 as of today. I been enjoying the puree food since I make it seasoned to my taste (chicken beans, etc) I been cleared to eat soft food but still have my puree for dinner and continue to have my protein shakes.

    Hi. I also had the same thing and saw my surgeon and PCP and it's just a result of your internal stomach changing and also from the protein. I originally thought it was THRUSH but thankfully it wasn't. You may want to see your PCP to make sure.

    Everyone is different. I know people who have gotten stuck at my weight and then start losing again. Be patient.

    It's important to measure your food. You may need to buy 4oz containers in order to store your food for later or next day and eat small portions not the entire spoon at once.
