Just add ground turkey to the above recipe.

You can make a chili using ground turkey and soft vegetables and beans for extra protein. There a bunch on YouTube that are great. I started with the chili and have been making it regularly.

People are entitled to opinions this is why we're here. I don't have time to argue w anyone. Everyone is different

Now I buy coffee and only ask for a half cup. I'm completely satisfied. And when those urges come on I simply look at my before pic for inspiration. I never want to return to where I was

That's way toooooo much at one time. Your stomach after surgery can handle around 4 to 5ounces. By consuming 10 you'll eventually stretch the stomach back to where it was. This surgery is life changing in every aspect of the word I used to drink 12 or more ounces but didn't want to return to that way. Your body will tell you it's full but you need to control the mental urges of having more.

I know that feeling. I had my surgery done and a hiatal hernia repair done at the same time so I just tell people I'm on a strict diet due to the hernia. Like you only my manager and directors know along with few close friends. -

Definitely no regrets after seeing the results in 4 months. Thankfully no complications of any kind during the post op and now. I was also freaking out prior to the surgery. Don't second guess your decision based on family and friends. Follow your heart and know it's the best thing for your body and mind. I added some pics -
Definitely the waiting was the hardest. I'm glad it's over for me. I'm 4 months post op now and down 100lbs.

I kept my coffee drinking simple after surgery. 4oz with sugar free creamer.
-
I ate a lot of chicken and beans during my purée stage and after along with my protein shakes that had 40 grams per bottle which was great.
