Hello my friend. I'm sorry you're dealing with regrets. It will get better. But for me I avoided going out with friends till my stomach was ready to eat . You have to be prepared to choose your days and night of eating with friends especially in the beginning. If I'm correct you had your surgery recently. Be strong it gets better.

Honestly I just started working out 3 weeks ago. Before that just a Lot of walking Thank you. I ate a lot of High protein chili with a combo of different beans and ground chicken.

I have bread on occasion and few bites of pasta but I enjoy those bites and then look at a old pic before surgery for motivation

In moderation, you can have a few bites but having a full plate would not be a good idea. Surgery is definitely a life changing situation. Remember why we are considering surgery. It's a second chance at a new life and new beginning.

Try turkey chili with a mix of different brand for proteins. They have a few great recipes on YouTube
