NYC Sleevers In The Queens Area ?

The day is almost here. Best way to bring in the NEW YEARI started today the 2 days on liquid. Wish me luck! Lol Im gonna have mine i n the New York Presbyterian Who was your surgeon? DR Bagloo. Unfortunately she left to become director of surgery at another hospital. She performed my surgery just before she left. Great DR. The staff is on point with everything
  2. Hi. I had the same thoughts but decided with the sleeve on 5/29/15My SW was 320. My DR told me I would lose 70 to 80 in a year To her surprise I was down 120 in 5 months. Im presently 200 and I'm hoping to reach 190 but those last 10 do not want to go away. I know it's mostly because I'm gaining muscle weight from the gym . But to answer your question everyone is different and you'll see that when you read all the post that are here from everyone. Some good and some bad. Make a decision that you will be happy with you.

    Having second thoughts

It's unfortunate you're dealing with an issue like that. You can still cook for him but don't lose focus of your goal . I'm the cook in my house and I was enjoying my time cooking knowing it was bringing a smile to their faces but I never lost focus of my goal. Here a recent pic. Hopefully it inspires.

NYC Sleevers In The Queens Area ?

I was sleeved at NY Presbyterian in Manhattan on 5/29/15
  9. I definitely know how you're feeling. I was sleeved 5/29/15 and I didn't sleep the last 2 weeks before surgery since I have never been to a hospital setting. I was excited and scared. It was s new opportunity to change my bad habits. I followed all of my pre op and post op diets to the letter and I'm still amazed of the results. My SW 320 CW 200 GW 190. If you have any questions feel free to ask away. 1st pic is 3 weeks before surgery, the last 2 are from thanksgiving and Christmas

    6 months post op

Basically followed the diet my doctor provided and just tweaked it a bit. Granola bars have become my replacement for a snickers bar. I may have a spoon or two of rice and pasta about once a month but that's it. I don't miss it at all. I have seen a big difference in my skin since I started the gym. I'm definitely getting toned. Pictures are from this past week.
