The first thing I stay away from is rice. I may have a spoon but definitely eat the seasoned beans lol. I sent you a message directly.

    Anyone from NJ

Thank you [emoji4]. I pretty much able to eat anything thankfully but I watch what I eat and how much I eat of it. I make a lot of homemade chili with chicken and beans that will last me a few days but I usually freeze some for another time. Also eat a lot of egg whites. Most of the time I get a piece of chicken and potato. I kinds stick to the 4-6 oz range. Hope to talk again.

NYC here. Was sleeved 5/29/15. HW 350. How are you? I know how you feel along of the others here. I thought I would regret this surgery but after 6 months and seeing the results I had it was the best decision I ever made. I added a pic to share. Looking forward to hearing from you.
  4. try purée chicken and beans well seasoned for flavor. It helped me on that stage then homemade turkey chili with a lot of beans.

NYC Sleevers In The Queens Area ?

I am doing well so far so good. I am now 4months post op and 83 pounds down. I am still in the trial and error process of figuring out which foods I can sit with me and those that don't. I have a lot of weird cravings now and a lot of my favorite foods I don't have a taste for but its like a learning process. I'm just taking it one day at a time. How are you ? Did you have your procedure done yet?I'm doing well. Had my 6 month post op everything was good. Blood work etc.
