Hi. Sorry to hear but you have to be careful with food especially at this stage. It will take time. You just had surgery 3 weeks ago. You can expect to lost 30 40 or more lbs. it takes time. Be strong. Talk to your NUT DOCTOR. Follow the plan that was provided to you. You'll see the pounds will fly off. I was sleeved on 5/29/15. HW 340. CW 200. I reached that in 6 months but it didn't start coming off till 6 weeks after surgery. Look for support groups as well as on here. Be strong be positive. Think of the reasons you agreed to this surgery. Don't ruin it by ordering food you knew you cannot have.

Atontor, amazing loss...do you have loose skin issues? Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App Hi. Just minor in my inner thighs only thankfully. It used to be more on my legs but since I lift weights with them the leg is taking a solid form. Unfortunately I never worked on the inner thigh muscle which I'm starting to do now. -

Gatorade G2 for the first 3 weeks then I changed Powerade zero and eventually crystal lite. -
I always order an appetizer or a soup for me and if I'm still hungry I'll get a bite or two from my daughters plate since she never finishes her food.

Mini baby bell cheese. Granola bars.

Definitely a no no. You may pull your stitches. Try billiards as an alternative. A lot safer.

Don't think it's a diet, it's a change in eating habits. We're suppose to learn how to eat in moderation going forward. I was sleeved 5/29/15. I just made my 1 year yesterday. I added a pic just in case you were curious how those snacks have helped along with a lot of high protein homemade chili in the beginning stages .

Hello everyone, today I made my one year post op anniversary. Having surgery was the best decision I made in my life. HW 340 SW 320 CW 195 GW ( happy where I am )

I keep my eating out to simple things. Mostly Chicken and vegetables. It's definitely hard when no one knows you had surgery.
-
Thank you. My main challenges always come from being invited to dinner functions and being cautious on what to eat especially now that summer is here.
