I've been doing something I got tho gym 5days a week for 1hour 30 minute run and then 30 minutes of working out with like 10lbs weights.. I eat healthy too!! Junk food makes me sick I never go out to eat I always stay home and cook healthy meals and it still doesn't work..

I don't even know if that will qualify me my bmi is 41 and the only health issue I have is anxiety.. And on top of that my Dr won't sign the papers..it's like she wants me to lol my self or be miserable

Someone help me please!!! I was in hospital for 3 weeks cause I almost committed suicide.. I'm tired of being made fun of tired of not being able to look at my self in the mirror I've tried allot of things and they just don't work I heard about this sleeve and I live in buffalo ny I have no clue where to go for consultation someone please help me
