I get sick also, no sure if it's the sugars or fiber. Have tried different ones and a no go, 6 months out

My doctors office gave me little medicine cup, like 2oz ones, I filled with water and sipped them, than set a timer for 5 mins later and sipped again. I have found that if I take a normal drink of water it is to much, smaller sips, otherwise I get gas pains and burp non stop. Smaller sips more often is my advice.

How exciting, seafood would be my choice also, just watch sauces and sides. Remember protien is your friend, so try to eat that more and taste the other stuff. I would take some bars also as a fallback, that way there in your purse for those times you need to eat.

How about some grilled chicken with some franks wing sauce, or make a buffalo chicken salad of some type.

I don't remember this but was told later, after they wheeled me into the operating room and the entire team was there, they sang happy birthday to me. No it wasn't my birthday, but they consider it your new birthday, a new beginning. -

They will find a vein eventually, mine are hard to find also, so bad they pricked my finger and milked it into a tube for a blood test. Can we say fun ????. They finally used a very small butterfly needle to get blood. You'll be fine. -

Go on Pinterest, there are so many great recipes. I'm 1 week today, but have been looking for recipes for down the road and have found some easy great looking ones.
