Hello! I am new here! 24 years old, 250lbs and 5ft tall. I do not have a surgery date as of yet, but do know that it will probably be in March this year. I have met with my surgeon last month, and gone through most of the clearances that I need to go through. I am starting to incorporate a shake into my day, to find flavors that I do like, so I don't have to figure it out last minute! Which shake is the one that you can mix with hot Water to make chicken broth? What brand is that? Thanks and you're all doing an awesome job!

I just started the process last month. I don't have any commorbidities, like diabetes or high blood pressure. I got approved..my BMI is at 47..I'm 5 feet tall and 245 lbs..I had no problem getting approved and am almost done all of my clearance appointments! Looking at surgery being done in March!
