3 years post sleeve, regained around 50 pounds, back for support and motivation to re-lose these pounds!

You can do it! Next week I will be three months Post-Op VSG so I have not experienced this. However, last month at my support group we touched on this subject. A few of the members who were 3+ years out said they were able to re- lose weight they've gained by going back to the basics...liquids, puree etc. Good luck.

I've been doing good with my eating for the past 3 days, basically high protein/low carb, eating my protein first, then veggies etc. and eating smaller portions and I seem to be satisfied. Thank you for the comment and encouragement!,
