I think we all have to do that at times...

You've recognized it and caught it early...

Now you can get on top of it and stay in track...

      Well done and good luck!!!

I have the same issue, I just can't seem to get enough water in my system! Ugh...I have recently begun to give myself reminders to drink, I use my iPhone to notify me after an hour has expired to DRINK!

It seems to be working, I'm starting to be more aware of getting water into my system now. Hope this helps. Good luck!

my surgeon suggested that i keep a bottle of water with me at all times regardless of where i am or where i go and that works for me. i can't forget to drink if i always have a bottle of water with me.

Oh yeah! Just a warning, it is not a low calorie snack. According to the website I got this recipe from its about 180 cal per cookie.

Chocolate PB Protein cookies ( makes 12 cookies)

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees

      Mix together :

      1 cup smooth peanut butter

      1/2 cup sugar

      1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

      1 large egg

Form into small balls and place on baking sheet , flatten crosswise with fork

      Bake about 10 minutes

Let cool for about 15 minutes to harden

  12. Manager bought bagels and cream cheese for the office. I hate everyone just a little for the moment .

There are always some type of snacks in my office. The way the people in my office eat, It amazes me that no one else here is overweight !

    Still fat mentally?

I am going thru a similar thing. I still feel like I'm fat. I'm still not at goal yet, I'm about 10 or 15 lbs away from goal. My husband and my mom call me skinny. Granted i feel much better and i know i have lost 81 lbs but my brain seems to be lagging and hasn't caught up with my body yet. I do have some days where i feel thin, and i think it's just going to take some getting used to, especially since so many of us spent more time as bigger versions of ourselves.
  14. 10 more lbs to go until I reach my goal weight!
