Keep a beverage at hand and take a sip every few minutes. Also, sugar-free popsicles are a great way to get fluids in at a comfortable pace.

Me too! I was just getting ready to post. I'm 5 weeks out. No problems with food but fluids nauseate me. 32 ounces a day is my max. Also about 50 grams of protein. I have multiple food allergies which make so hard. Highly allergic to soy, wheat, sea salt so almost all protein shakes and protein bars are out. This is very difficult because salad was what I ate prior to surgery with fat free cheese which only has 2 grams of protein per slice. I guess I probably only got 10 grams of protein per day prior to surgery my whole life since I ate mostly vegatables and it is very annoying eating all things I don't like now to force eat protein!! I don't know what to do about the nausea with fluids!!

Have you tried G2? I found that they work great for fluid intake.
