Let's see...where to start.
Probably at age 13. Puberty. I was never thin, but once that ole bat Aunt Flo started in my life, I started gaining weight.
In my teens I wasn't too big, but never small. College and beer made me gain more weight. Lost some here and there. Lost a lot right before I got married at 28.
Once I started trying to get pregnant, we discovered PCOS. That explained several things in my life. Heavy periods, excess hair, insulin resistance. Bundle that with stage 3 endomitriosis...and I was a obstetrics nightmare!
After two kids and the death of my mom, I weighed more than I could have ever imagined.
I have tried Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, Pink, shakes, etc.Nothing is effective.
I had two friends I work with have surgery over the last year. They have both had crazy success, so I am jumping on the bandwagon.
