hi i had surgery 12/26/14.. This has truly been a journey.. however i am pleased with the results I was diagnosed with H Pylori prior to my surgery and was obviously not clear of the bacteria during or after my surgery. I was placed on a very strong prevpac and for a while seemed to be doing fine. I am now 11 months out, 125 lbs down. But my stomach is bloated.. my back hurts and i feel bad. I think my H. pylori is rearing its ugly head.. Has anyone else had this problem or any suggestions

Somebody help... I was sleeved on 12/26/15 post surgical weight was 337.. 6 months later I am 251. 86 lbs is alot, i do not want to jeopardize that. I noticed yesterday I am able to eat.. and it seems like a whole lot more than what I've had in the last 6 months. I'm starting to get scared. The pain and the hiccups was my signal that I had too much. what can I do.. and can someone suggest some great high Protein lunch and dinner recipes.. I'm running out of things to try and started craving junk.

Can anyone give me any pointers on good things to eat and drink. My weightloss is moving. I did go thru the 3 week stall but I realized im not eating or drinking enough. Water is boring but I will drink it. I tried tge unjury unflavored protein. Unless I didnt mix correctly it was an epic fail.

The right side of my stomach where the removal took place has a constant ache 4 weeks post op. Is a spanx safe to wear?

I went to my pre-op appt on Tues. 29lbs down and my dr. says go ahead and start with your wk 3 diet, "soft reg foods". However it hurts when I try. Does anyone have any suggestions??? and please dont say this lasts forever. *Lovingt he weightloss, hating the urge to hurl*

You guys are great.. I love this forum.. Any ideas on food choices in the soft/pureed category. I am back to mashed potatoes and will try next week on the soft foods. @@MissMac, we appear to be on the same diet pattern.

im 12 days post op an mine has done the same thing. i didnt notice until after my pre-op appt.. I hope its not dehydration

Is it possible to loose 20lbs in the first week?? I waa sleeved on 12/26. First wk was all liquids. I was 323 at my pre-op appt, 303 when I weighed at home yesterday. Im excited but confused as to this being possible.

I was sleeved on 12/26 and bk at wk on 12/2. Slightly tired but not unable to get up and go. But I do sit all day. I rested the entire wk prior to returning. Only up for walks and bathroom.

Hi. I'm one wk post op. I weighed for the first time yesterday. Is it possible to loose 20lbs in a wk? I was on an all liquid diet for a wk. I start pureed foods today.
