Thank u for the words of encouragement. It was God that brought me through my car accident & I am trusting him to bring me through this too. I've never dealt with anxiety before my accident & now I have to constantly remind myself who is in control and at times it gets hard. I hope you continue with a successful recovery!!

Hello All: I'm usually a listener and not a talker but I've been experiencing a lot of anxiety with my upcoming surgery scheduled for 01/12 & thought I would seek encouragement from those that have already been through this. Needless to say I'm scared, anxious, and feeling overwhelmed but I know I have made the right choice that will benefit me in the long run. Along with needing to lose weight, I'm having the surgery to help relieve pain caused by a car accident that also left me disabled. Any advice on how to deal with the anxiety would be greatly appreciated!!

Good luck all & GOD bless!! My surgery is scheduled for the 12th of this month. We are blessed to have this opportunity and the mindset to want to make a change. I wish all of you success before, during, and after surgery.
