    If you like Mexican food, I just made this and it's very good. Blend I can retried beans, one cup salsa, and 2 garlic cloves. Add in 1/2 cup chicken broth slowly. It makes it a pudding consistency. Heat and enjoy! Great protein source. Enjoy!
