It feels shallow, I know it's still incredible, but I'm so disappointed to have only lost 3 lb this week.

I wouldn't call it shallow, but I would call it "unrealistic". 3 lbs in a week is more than the usual amount, most Dr.s recommend 1-2 lbs a week. Count your blessings, because you more than likely won't lose that amount every week. Good luck !!
