Day 6 and 7 were easiest yet. Not really hungry. No headaches. My head wants food but not my stomach. Way more controllable than days 1-4 -

It is so hard to day 4. Ridiculously hard. But day 5 seemed much easier. Almost no headaches. Lot more control. Day 6 got easier too. I'm only dropping about 1 pound per day so far. Not getting in all the shakes. Only 2 of the 3 required. Broth and jello too. No food. Terrible diet. -

Nobody's business. Tell them hernia repair surgery which you may have anyways. Hiatal hernia. The diet you are on is still needed to shrink your liver to make surgery easier. Then diet afterwards as your doctor and nutritionist told you to. Which is also true -

My diet is 3 weeks. 3 Protein shakes and sugar free Jello /Popsicles and chicken broth Beef broth and all diet non caffeinated beverages. My question is Thai hot and sour Soup broth ok for this diet? My dietitian isn't available until the 6th. -
