Hello, I am feeling a little blue I have shared with some family and friends my decision to have gastric bypass. All I hear is your going the easy way out, your being lazy why don't you just get off your butt and excercise and eat well. My surgery date is 01/29/15 and start my Liver shrinking diet on 01/15/15.

@@Pac-woman I know but some people will never understand how difficult it is. They think that ok you have surgery and that's it you loose all the weight. It really upsets me when they say it is the easy way out. -

@@leag78 I understand you I have a friend that already isn't being supportive. She tells me that I don't lose weight because I don't want too. She tells me all you have to do is eat well and exercise and you don't have to go the easy route by having surgery.
