Day 1 of pre op diet. So far, so good.

I start pre surg diet tomorrow. Yippee. Closer to surgery and starting my healthy, happy new life.

I am allowed to use unsweetened almond milk but skim has a lot more protein.

I had one after gallbladder surgery and didn't know it was there til they took it out. No problem at all. Having 9ne again when I get sleeved 1/26. Looking forward to it.

Anyone have the sleeve with this doctor? Any good or bad reviews would be appreciated!

I am scheduled January 26th too. Got date at first visit pending all the evaluation were fine. Did psych, cardiologist, pulmonary and dietician. Today is primary care dr and I'm all set to go. I started all this more for the hernia repair than weight loss but am grateful for that too. Hardest for me will be giving up caffeine. Any helpful tips for that ?

Found the answer. Based on BMI. I only have to do pre op diet for 1 week and I am allowed protein, tuna, eggs veggies. So relieved!

I am seeing nut on Monday and then find out when I start pre op diet and whether all liquid or some protein. Can't wait to get this show on the road !

I think it might wake up those carb cravings we all need to get rid of. -
Well, we are all on this together! The only advice I've gotten so far is to bring my own pillow and start now not eating & drinking at the same time. That's been hard for me!
