The crazy feeling is normal. Just take it one day at a time. Don't micro manage your food just watch your protein, carbs, sugars and fat. Listen to your body but don't push it. You have to make healthy choices 100% of the time or you will fail. Don't set yourself up to fail. Don't make excuses to eat sugars and sweets. Once you give yourself and inch its easy to take a mile. You will be able to do things others do you just have to give yourself time to heal. Just remember you have to eat to survive, not survive to eat!
