  1. BELIEVE ME I was right there with you when I first began back in December. It was rough in the beginning, but what you come to realize is that it's not just a body transformation you're aiming for. It's a lifestyle change. And you can totally do it. I know you can Give yourself credit, you've gotten all this way! And still more to go. Focus on one thing at a time. If you focus on the things too far up the road, you'll end up tripping over smaller obstacles right in front of you and then they become bigger issues than they were to begin with, know what I mean? Good luck to you!!

  3. Heyya, everyone! I'm Mel. I'm 20 years old and have a gastric sleeve operation on 17 December. At first it was really hard, since I couldn't handle the pain medication and every time I even THOUGHT of food, I was repulsed. I still sometimes feel that way. I keep feeling like I'm doing it wrong. I'm having these incredible mood swings and I'm so scared I'm going to mess up! What can I do to feel good again? Is there a fool proof way to make sure I'm doing the utmost to take maximum advantage of this operation? Thank you guys so much. I'm glad I found this site!
