My little Munchkin LOVES popcorn she just ate a half a bag today. ..so jealous...lol I am surprised that is the only food that gets me. I know it will be a slider for me as well...sooo I will hold the cross up..lol ....and stay away from it until I have total control...whatever that is!!!

@@bellabill yes the kind my daddy only makes!! Yes I will consult with my doctor first...but yes you have to be fully healed due to the fact that the corn kernels/ hulls may get caught in your staple line!!

Do any of you have a food like that.. popcorn is mine...I do not crave it buuuut it WAS a habitual food that I ate atleast 4 days a week. .The movie theater butter kind!! Hee hee.. but it was not as bad as I thought I do not crave anything yet..I just didn't want that to kick my cravings into gear and it didn't! Thank God!! Thank you for the suggestions!

When I drank everything close to freezing it settled so much better...something about the cold!! Surgery date 12/17..

12/17 surgery date and it has been 2 weeks and one day since my surgery and I am still struggling to feel better! My 3 friends were back to work in two weeks one friend had surgery on wed back to work on Mon! I am soooo glad they approved me for four weeks..I am wondering if having my gallbladder removed at the same time is setting me back?? There is no way I could go back now..

I had my surgery December 17th.. and since then I have lost 19 pounds. 6 pounds pre op and 13 pounds post op. It has not been too bad, but a MAJOR lifestyle change. I cannot wait until I get over the pain of the surgery so I can feel somewhat normal. I go back to the doctor January 8th and a pray to God that my vitamin levels are ok. I have been getting all my supliments down but the protein is sooo hard. I am sooo glad I had the surgery. I am.so ready to become healthy and stay that way!

Hello and Congrats!! My surgery date was 12/17 ..Yes I had two about a week post op! You will be fine hun! Just remember you need that liquid so don't cry to much! It's tough but you can do this!!! You will see once the weight start melting you will see the worth!!

We have the same surgery date! I am feeling the same way. I am miserable. I don't want to even eat or drink but I know I better. I am following my surgeons advice but its hard. I am going to hang in there (we really have no choice) I know one day I will wake up and feel great. I have lost 21 pounds 6 pre 15 post. So I can't wait to say I've lost one hundred! ONE DAY AT A TIME! WE GOT THIS!

Surgery date 12/17. I was starting to feel ok then all of a sudden I have pains in my belly the big incision.. my muscles ache a little. ..I also had my gallbladder removed at the same time.. the pain was gone from that woke up this morning and it hurts in that area. I have lost 20 pounds so far. 6 pre 14 post. Not eating much everything feels so heavy get nauseated when I eat even my two tablespoons.

@@surrey1987 thank you so much and congrats to you! How is your pain from the surgery? I was starting to feel somewhat normal then the pains started again but I started my cycle so I am wondering if that has something to do with it! Not anything too bad!

No I haven't. .but I will call him today! Probably not drinking enough either...but today the water feels better on my belly...thank God

Thank you all sooo much...I just had my first breakdown..cried like a baby... just want to feel somewhat normal. . Like... with atleast no pain.. regular BM'S .... lol but I definitely do not want to go back to the way I treated food..I LOVE WATER AND MY SURGERY DOES NOT!!! @@docbree congrats and how are you feeling???
