    My hair started out baby fine and thin. I'm losing hair at warp speed now and scared that I'll end up bald. I'm 6 1/2 months out of sleeve surgery. Any ideas?

    I'm with you Babs. I eat quite a bit more than what everybody else is eating. Doesn't seem like I even have restrictions. I seem to have to control myself like before surgery. Hmmmm....don't know what to do. Just not losing and frustrated. Help

    I would still like to know what everyone is eating these days my nutritionist has moved up north and I really am at a loss for what to cook for dinner or lunch I have been mainly relying on liquids to get me through every day I have a tramp and deli ham and a turkey but I'm getting tired of that.please help me out if you can

    Sleeved 12/29/14 and hit a few stalls. Have lost 34 lbs and of course wish it was more. Getting bored with shakes water and deli meat. Need to change it up but don't really know how. Any ideas?

    I was sleeved 12/29 and started at 209 and now at 175. I just don't think 34 lbs. is quite enough for this length of time. I don't have a problem with keeping anything down. I do have a problem with knowing when I'm full. I usually hurt when I stop eating. What meals is everyone eating? I've been drinking water and protein shakes and sometimes deli meat.

    I was sleeved Dec. 29th started at 209 and down to 177. Not sure if that is so great. Really don't have a clue what I can eat. Just drinking the protein drinks and water mainly and some chicken salad made at publix deli. What's everyone else doing?

    I also had my surgery 12/29/14 and find that I feel nausea quite often. I spent 5 days in the hospital because they took me off all of my regular meds and forgot to reintroduce them after surgery therefore my potassium levels dropped drastically. Anyone else experience a similar situation?
