Where did you get tea with that much protein?
-
I would pick going to get my nails done out of those three options. It is fun and makes you feel good when thay are done

@@brokenangel84 in regards to you feeling like you are eating too much, just listen to your body and if there are no repercussions to eating 6 bites then you are ok and for your 50 pound celebration you should treat yourself to an activity that isn't food. I think one thing about this surgery is that it changes you physically but not mentally, that is something you have to do yourself. I know before surgery I would always celebrate with sweets or my favorite foods but when I lost my first 50lbs I went to high rise which is like an indoor gymnast playground with trampolines and it was very very fun and rewarding.

@@brokenangel84 if you are being cautious with your foods, then there is nothing wrong with it.
-
Eh don't worry about what everyone else says. They don't know the whole story and you deserve to have some fruit.

Thank you for sharing your story @@brokenangel84

So @@brokenangel84 I have been thinking and I am curious to hear your weight loss journey so far. Like what lead you to this path and how are you feeling about the outcome so far. Of course if you don't wish to share your story, I completely understand. I just thought I would ask and the same goes for any of the other women on here. I'd love to hear about your personal journey

I love yoga. It makes you more flexible and makes you feel good
-
I have done yoga before but I don't do it currently
-
It's ok. My phone isn't very good at telling me right when people reply either. Oh and are you feeling better?
-
Are you able to get that much protein in? I don't think I've ever been able to get that much in.
-
I don't remember the exact calorie amount but I do remember that he wanted me to be taking in around 40-60 grams of protein per day.
-
I hear ya. I hope you get to feeling better soon
