I'm 37 years old and I've gained 60 pounds in the last year and a half. When I was 12 years old I started gaining weight and by the time that I was 26 I weighed 240 pounds. I'm 5 foot 1 - I created my own diet and controlled my way of life and my eating habits when I was 27 I was able to lose my weight and maintain a weight of 150 -160 pounds for years. For years ago I hurt my back and could no longer exercise the way that I was used to. I stuff the exercise routine and focused on the eating habits. I was still able to maintain a decent wait until about a year and a half ago. We had a major change my life and took a new job where I work from home and pretty much went downhill from there I'm back to my old ways of eating and I meant 227 pounds. You would think I would never have allowed this to happen to me again I was so proud of myself for what I was able to accomplish but I'm here diets don't work Anymore and my metabolism is different. I can no longer exercise the way that I used to and I'm considering weight-loss surgery. However I'm a huge skeptic I always believed because I found the willpower to do what I did but this type of surgery was completely unnecessary. I just want to find out more about it and see if it's what I need to do for me :)
