I'm on day 2 of my liquid diet. Please tell me it gets easier. I've got a terrible headache and all I think about is food!

@@Eurogirl10 Mine is all Protein shakes, no food at all. This is horrible. Day 8 for me. Sigh

I had to start mine 3 1/2 weeks early.

I'm January 27 and I am just ready for it to already be over. All I do is think about food, whether it's eating it or not eating it.

@@marbelvsg I'm on my pre-op diet now and all I can have are 3 to 4 protein shakes each day. I've lost 7.2 lbs in 7 days. -

So on day 2 I drank my protein shake for breakfast and lunch. Then around 3 pm I started getting hungry. I broke down and went to Taco Bell. Not only did I cheat, I over ate. I felt so guilty that I made myself throw up after. -
