Hello friends! I am new to this and would like to introduce myself! My name is Christie and I live in East Texas! Today is my first day for the pre-op diet. Mine is protien shakes for two weeks 😩 I'm through the first day and have a major headache but I will manage. Almost positive because the lack of sugar my body is craving!!! I have my sleeve surgery scheduled for Jan 6, 2015!! Anyone else in that date? I am ready and counting down!!
