Hi Everyone, It was great to see that there is an active support forum for Sleevers! I was sleeved (with minor hiatal hernia repair) last Tuesday, 12/16. I am still extremely sore, especially in the lower left portion of my stomach. How long did it take most of you to return to feeling "normal" (in terms of pain/soreness/discomfort)? I am doing well with liquid, and working on protein. Thanks for any feedback and looking forward to participate in the group! Spooney

This might be a silly question, but do protein shakes count as "liquid"? Do I need to wait to drink other liquids before/after consuming them, or are they part of the liquid I'm consuming? It seems like they should be a liquid, but not sure based on the nutritional content. Thanks for your help!
