All day I've had the worst stomach cramps, I've had horrible, at times even uncontrollable diarrhea (sorry TMI) - I haven't change anything in my diet, I'm only 10 days PO and still on full liquids. This is awful. I have hardly ate anything all day because I immediately cramp up and run to the bathroom. I feel like I need something substantial in my stomach, like bread, rice - BRAT diet stuff to stop this - Is this dumping or is something wrong?

I've been nauseous, no sweats though. Lots of stomach cramps, and really really tired - which I figure is tied to not eating

Any ideas for pureed meals? I have a family, 2 little girls and my husband - so trying to think of dinner ideas that we can all eat, I just blend mine up - really drawing a blank! Would love some help...

Today is the first day water has actually made me sick! Even my protein shake was not going down - I've only been able to eat a cup of tomato soup. Any suggestions?! I was doing great with water, but today has been torture! -

I'll try that! I love tea. I was actually told to try cinnamon by my dr, tried it in my protein shake, but was only good the first day :/ today I was back to feeling sick after the first sip. -
I can't sit there and eat a whole 1/4 of a cup at once - it probably breaks down to about a tablespoon ever 10 minutes at the rate I eat it

Hey everyone - I'm just 2 days post op and a little confused on what to eat! My plan says full liquids for 2 weeks - and an example menu includes Soups and yogurts. Is that right? I thought I was gonna be drinking broth and Water for 2 weeks - today I had a little creamy puréed black bean Soup and it was amazing... But I felt like I was cheating! I don't wanna mess this up.. What are people eating the first 2 weeks for for full solids? Thanks!

Oh great, thank you! Was your portion size about a half a cup? I'm not sure I can tell when I'm full either - so scared if having a leak or something!

Thank you! Guess I'm just learning what I can and can't have - probably going to stick with protein shakes, water, broth and tomato soup for a couple weeks. Learning how to eat all over again is proving to be quiet a challenge!
