I am satisfied with my current weight, but I am still losing though much more slowly, last month it was like 3lbs. Frankly I have stopped counting days of weeks since reaching 155Lbs. -

I was 38 BMI at my highest, was around 36 at time of surgery, I lost weight pretty easily and reached goal (almost) in less than 6 months. -

U look very fit and probably have good percentage of muscle mass. How have you checked body fat%? Most methods I hink are not accurate and merely rely on your BMI to estimate body fat and probably overestimate in a muscular person. -

Started at 42, now 34 is loose, ideally I will like it to be 30-31, but I don't think I can be there without plastics. -
Keeping it inconspicuous has become an issue now. With the fat gone from my thighs and tummy, it has bulged out and have to try to keep it behind the crease. I choose my under wears more carefully now, as certain designs keep it in the middle.

My son took a snap of me smirking and I could see three folds of skin. What have fellow sleevers done about it.

I like to wear dress shirts that are a little snug and now I have trouble finding one that fits me well but does not asphyxiate me at collar. Most size 15 are good fit but tcollar is too tight.
