  1. I was told that when I could get all my water in I could start adding caffeine.
  2. Thank you for the awesome tips guys! As for b12 I do injections every month so I don't think it's that. I take Celebrate Multivitamins, Iron and Vitamin d. I'm starting to think it's my Water and protein!!! Any kind of Protein supplement I've tried has given me dumping so I have to get my protein through food, which is hard. Premier Protein worked well for me but I don't have a costco card so I can't really get it when I need it :/ Thank you for the awesome advice!!!
  3. Hi friends. I was wanting to see how you all combat fatigue? I have had a ton of fatigue since surgery. Which for some reason wasn't something I was prepared for. coffee and I are no longer friends it sends me to the bathroom.... QUICK. And not in the normal "coffee way". It's just bad. I did find a great tea that gives me a little boost, 'Yogi' perfect energy black tea. But I'm looking for more options! Help a sister out! Oh and did I mention I'm the mother of a 1 1/2 year old??? Lol I need my energy!
