    No energy

Whenever she eats early in the morning she gets sick.... she is a nurse so by the time she gets to work she doesn't have time to eat lunch... so she is left waiting until she gets home to eat. She has a very hard time swallowing large pills and most multivitamins are huge. All this adds to her vicious cycle of problems.... thanks so much for all of your responses! She is reading all of them and I'm sure we will figure something out with help of these comments.

    No energy

My wife is 10 months post op surgery and she has absolutely no energy, she is getting a vitamin b12 shot every two weeks, all of her blood test came back great even though she is not taking any vitamins, the only thing that was low was her vitamin D, my theory is she is not eating enough protein in a day, she normally eats nothing until dinner then dinner is next to nothing, she has lost 175 pounds from 353 to 181. Doing great in that scheme of things, light to no exercise. I'm guessing if she ate more during the day, did at least 15 mins of exercise and took a vitamin D pill it may help?? Any other suggestions? Thanks!!

    Weight gain?

My wife is 3 weeks out from surgery, has lost 47 pounds but has been having some issues as of recently. She started getting this severe pain in her right lower back/side, we think it could be constapation, she has went 3 times in the last 22 days, I ended up taking her to the ER and everything checked out normal from the blood work and cat scans. She has tried over the counter laxitives with no evail. She was originally losing 2 pounds a day, now she has gained 6 pounds, any ideas?

    Is everyone crazy? Lol

Thank you all for the amazing replies, all of you have helped greatly in easing our mind! My wife is down 47 pounds and I am down 38 pounds, definitely something to be happy and proud of so far! Thanks again everyone that responded!
  5. I had surgery last Wednesday and I wished I never did it, my wife had hers on December 1, and she wished she never did it, I'm guessing it's the emotional stress from not eating what we crave, or its the realization we did this not as a short term thing but that it's forever. We are both depressed. Not sure if anyone else has felt this way?
