Hello all, I was banded 3/22/06 and had lost 65 lbs. Then over the last year I had a series of events that caused me to gain. I know it was caused by my stress eating; 10 lbs to be exact. I'm scared that it's not going to come off and I would really appreciate any suggestions! I NEED MOTIVATION AGAIN! Thanks!
