Heck yeah!!! I had my banding May 2010. Wish I had done it 10 yrs earlier !!!! Lol. I have lost a total 157 lbs. it has been slow and steady and I still lose about 3-4 lbs a month. I love it. -
Cold water is a no no for me. It must be room temp or it will come back up.

I was having the same issue and went today to have an unfill they gave me Carafate, a medicine that coats the esophagus I am supposed to take 4 times a day. It helps settle the irritation. Only taken it once since I just got it but it has really helped.
