i'am really fed up with the vegetables soup i'am on it for w week and a half plus without any spices i wanna know pleaseeeeeeee after when u eat food with spices ?

Spices are tricky. Your belly is producing the same amount of gas on a smaller stomach. It can cause irritations and heartburn, neither of which is good on a healing belly. You don't want to upset your stitches or cause ulcers. I took it easy for at least the first 6 weeks. Then I slowly introduced spices back in.

I confess i couldn't resist i just ate a small cookie thought i'am 8 days post op of gastric sleeve thanks to God my stomach didn't hurt me . I wanna ask u guys when can i have a coffee ? i've seen mixed responses some said only after a month and others said after one week please reply
