Genepro is amazing. One tablespoon and u get 30g of protein orderless and tasteless and can be put in hot or cold food. I drink a cup of hot tea in the morning to get a jumpstart on the protein and if I dont get enough food wise throughout the day then I have another cup at night. My last checkup they sd my protein levels were great. I take a bariatric chewable but mine is from pro health. Doesnt taste bad and best part is I only have to take one a day
