Just out of curiousity, at what stage did you incorporate toast and or crackers (if tolerated) into your diet.

I'm barely two weeks post op, but my doc said I could start weight lifting in a month. Zero restrictions on weights. Im sooooo looking forward to going back to crossfit! Im obviously gonna take it easy and build up to what I was lifting before.

I'm 2 weeks post op. I started pureed foods today. Um I had a hot fry, as in the chip. Um it got really mushy and pureed in my mouth. Do you guys think these are ok?

I just had like 5, I was curious to see how they'd go down. Thanks for your support!

Would this be ok? Puréed Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning over refried Beans topped with cheddar cheese and a bit of guacamole.

Sleeved on 12/11.......hmnn you're right. I should probably try one thing at a time. I'm just so excited to eat real food!!! Haha. I'm like stoked to make the ricotta naka!

I'm 5 days post op and I'm on a two week full liquid diet. I can't stand protein shakes and or canned soups/broth. It makes me gag. So I made my own broth tonight with lots of veggies and a tiny piece of chicken breast and then I decided to liquefy it in a bullet blender. Oh man!!! Best soup ever!!! Feels good to get some natural food in my stomach!!! Just wanted to let you all know cause I was so mad and sad that I can't eat. And this soup totally made me happy!
