you know you lost weight when all 4x clothing falls off you I got 15 pounds that just want go away but im determined to drop to reach my goal weight of 200 pounds

when strangers stop and say I don't know what your doing but its working for you , I had my surgery 12\8\14 and I have lost 54.7 pounds

@@Catrinaburch2015 you are so right it is a mind game and you have to constantly remind yourself why u made the commitment to change your lifestyle I'm approaching my 3rd week since surgery I'm on pureed food still no vegetables yet sugar free Popsicles sugar free jello and broth just keep your faith and take it one day at a time wish everyone continued success and happiness ????

Good luck to everyone I just got sleeved on 12-8-14 I stayed 2 days I've been taking my time not rushing haven't been in pain but I do have my medicine still doing liquids broth popsicle jello it's hard to get down my protein drinks but I'm getting the hang of it slowly good luck to everyone who's just getting started and for the ones who are already on the journey
