Day 5 and I felt the same I had a headache for the first 3. It I'm not addicted to food and I was not a Bing eater so it hasn't been to bad I'm not all that hungry but just eating some yummy eggs or a piece of chicken is what gets me lol I can't wait until I'm healed up and can start enjoying my meals again.

Day 5 of pre op diet 4 diabetic boosts per day and 1 cup of greens date is feb 25 so a full two weeks like that -
Holy here where I am in New Brunswick canada were allowed 4 190 cal bottles of boost meal replacement and one cup starchy veggies a day :s I've already cheated and had my daughters left over scrambled eggs this morning. It's tough altho I'm not as hungry as I expected! I hope my liver is ok I lost 5 lbs since feb 11 I'm on day 5

I'm being sleeved on feb 25 I'm 32 and 5'7 282lbs I had two babies 16 months apart and didn't really have a huge stomach before the two pregnancies but now I'm left with s huge pouch that hangs and the Dr says its basically flab that after surgery might go away with the weight loss and exercise! Has anyone had similar experiences and what were the results after surgery?

I never did have a pouch until I had my two boys and the Dr says its from being pregnant twice in a short time
