Divorce after plastic surgery and/or bariatric surgery
Countrygrrl replied to My Bariatric Life's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
It sometimes feels Like this relationship is the biggest battle. Wondering if I won't be a statistic. I flirt I did at my heavyset weight heck I started at 13 and never stoped. Had a huge overly dramatic fight for flirting with the old guys at the Feed store. Same flirting we have done for 10 years. He asked me when was I gonna marry him and I asked him how bigs that diamond? We do this all the time. In front of my other half. I turn around and wtf she's drove off and left me!!! Not a joke. I played it off as it was a joke to not embarrass this man. Lord give me strength. I had a moment. I own everything the ranch the cars the trucks. She would have to move to her parents and live on disability. That was almost the straw that broke the camels back. # week one # weak one -

So I'm a big list girl. I've made my Sponsee's do it for years. So I made a list of available go too's other than shove a pice of sugar in my mouth. And now it's on my bedside table. Since we tend to argue in bed the most. I also realizes that most my poor junk food moment have been that time of night while dealing with arguments or pretending we have no problems. -

Am I the only one who has a goal picture ?
Countrygrrl posted a topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I have a picture of me when I was in my mid 20s when I thought I was fat and disgusting. And now it's my screen saver. I kinda hope to see what she would look like in her mid.. Hum err late 30s. I also feel I need to keep looking at it since I feel slightly body dysmorphic. So when I reach that size I can reassure myself this is good. This is healthy. This isn't obese. -

Your goals are inspiring. See all my crushes are fictional characters in books I read. ???? much less PITA issues. -
Add a little peppermint oil to the coconut oil pulling.
-
I'm a huge supporter of oil pulling. If it's the lard like feel of cold coconut oil go ahead and warm it up. It also helps clear your sinus up. My nut was so happy I already do this. Also as a dog groomer I use the heck out of coconut oil. Allergies or red spots dry nose so much. The best results I've ever seen is a Pom who had been bald for two years with allergies came to me and was growing hair back in 6 weeks! Pm me for recipes for SPaw recipes.

Ugh it's so hard. I joke that it's easier to loose family. I had to put down my gelding 2 years ago at 35. I had him since I was 4 years old. I had to take some time off work I was so sad. Now my toy Aussie Tamales kidneys are failing he's 15. And I keep promising to put him down and not let him suffer... But im a big ol chicken. Bock Bock

Countrygrrl replied to vincereautmori's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Eat out right now because I can get killer broth style soups at Thai, Japanese, Mexican restaurant. I just feed the solid stuff to my mom or GF. And have enough broth for days! -
2 weeks to go, and I am really nervous...
Countrygrrl replied to JerseyJules's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was sleeved on the 31st and I was terrified. My pre surgery diet was tough. I was hungry and grumpy. I slipped a time or two and was certain I was going to feel that way after surgery. I can tell you I am not hungry. The day after surgery I walked 5 miles. I still have no bruising from my sutures. My tummy is swollen. And since food is no longer my drug of choice I have to find other things to do. I keep on this web site a lot. And I love finding new broth. Yesterday Japanese broth today Thai chicken broth. Way better than canned. Also the hunt for the best protein. I have chewed a few tiny pieces of meat I won't lie and no harm no foul. Gas ex strips are a huge must and the one ounce protein gels. -

I won't miss side boob! Nothing can look good with side boob. Pretending I hate amusement park rides. Knowing that it would be cruel to ride my horse at my size Showing horses roping, reining barrels. Cutting. The fear that I won't be able to stand after being on my knees stacking a dog in the ring. The sound of my fat slapping when I run too exuberantly. The worst ever!!!!! Sweating for fun. People who openly think less of me based on size. Refusing to be in a photo. Sky diving Spear fishing Ridding a small plane where you must weigh in Being worn out playing with my little minions! Crowded elevators -

My highest weight was 347. But when I started my pre op diet I was Down to 324. By DOS I was 306. Today 299. I haven't been in the 200s in years. I know at this size nobody is going to see the weight loss but it feels so good to get rid of the 3 on the scale! I'm feeling like Wonder Woman

Intro and water questions
Countrygrrl replied to chrispina's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi I was sleeved on the 31st and were the same age. I was surprised on how smooth the surgery went. I too suffered from chronic kidney stones. And honestly I would rather have 10 more sleeves than a double j stint for kidney stones. I find that the more I move the more I drink. I just keep a bottle of water that's 32 oz with lime or lemon juice my side at all times. -
I was just gifted with a five hr session with one of my dream artist. When I talked to him he told me it didn't have an expiration date. Question. How long should I wait after weigh loss? I know loose skins rough to work on.
