Hi! I'm 1yr and 7 mos out, I started at 268 lbs now I'm now to 188 lbs. I feel great!!! My only delimma is how can lose the additional 20 lbs? I work out consistently 3-4x's a week I may skip a few sessions, but I'm right back on it the next week. My goal is 165, what can I do to reach my goal? I would love to be down by my 2nd year. Seeking advice....
