I've seen individual frozen bags containing all the stuff for smoothies including protein powder. Freeze cubes of greek yogurt separately and add to bags. Grab blend go. -

@Fatisnotaflaw Same here. Started the whole process in Maryland last June, moved to NJ in October, three insurances later finally submitting but they've asked if i can get my old PCP to write. Deep breathe. We've come this far. -

Ugh... i was in a body cast from neck to knees 20 years ago. Tried once to sleep on my stomach and got stuck, couldn't turn back over, definately in turtle mode lol. So i know what I'm looking at! -
